• In August, 2017, acted as Buyer's advisor to Chongqing Nanshang Investment (Group) CO., Ltd. in acquisition of HTI Cybernetics’s 100% equity share with total transaction amount of fifty million dollars.
• Crestridge Consult assisted Wuhan Sheng Feng Group in reaching agreement with Aura System, Inc., a NASDAQ listed company, about joint investment in China and producing mobile generator.
• Buy-side advisor to Zhejiang Wanfeng Technology Developmnet Co., Ltd acquisition of Paslin.
• Crestridge Consulting assisted Xiamen Kingdomway Group Company in acquiring Vitatech Nutritional Science, Inc. in 2015, a vitamin producer in Southern California, United States. The final transaction amount exceeded one hundred million dollars.
• Buy-side advisor to Pacific Century Motors’acquisition of a large unit of General Motors for an undisclosed sum.
